Curator's Take
“Another fake Django sequel. It’s a serviceable mystery western where the hero investigates a crime while posing as a bounty hunter. Competent, but lacks the mud-and-blood style of the original.”
Why This Movie Is Important
A film that exploits the Django name but delivers a solid experience on its own. It speaks to the power of the archetype; audiences didn't care about continuity, they just wanted the 'Man in Black'.
